Analogy is a rapidly growing startup that is looking for its Business Development Director in Ireland. Analogy has received its seed investment, thus the company is expanding and entering systematically into the international market. The company’s main product is Practify – a gamified training follow-up software and methodology that increases the impact of trainings and ensures that training content becomes implemented into daily work practices.

Analogy is seeking a Business Development Director based in Dublin (Ireland) to help define our market entry strategy, develop, implement and deliver market entry initiatives, and build up a high-performing, result-driven team.

 

 

Key job tasks

 

·       Convey the passion for Practify’s solutions to prospective Clients and build up a solid B2B network of

        Partners

 

·       Represent Practify at various management / leadership conferences, events, summits etc. in Ireland

 

·       Co-create business development strategy with Practify’s management team; implement and monitor it;

        manage its budget

 

·       Ensure the retention and growth of new clients’ satisfaction

 

·       Contribute input for product and service improvements by collaborating with Practify’s international                      Product Development and Marketing teams

 

·       Regularly discuss business development activities and prospective plans

 

 

 

Desired Skills and Experiences

 

·       Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence is a must

 

·       Proven track record in business development and high reputation in L&D / T&D sector

 

·       Extensive network of business partners in L&D, T&D, and /or OD consultancy

 

·       Ability to handle fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects

 

·       Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills

 

·       Proven ability in creating business development strategy and managing a budget

 

·       Higher level education such as a Masters Degree, MBA, or PhD are desirable

 

·       Senior trainer in the field of leadership development, soft skills, project management for min. 5 years

        or managing partner at an OD consultancy, management consultancy, business training provider for min. 5         years

        or Learning & Development Director / Training & Development Director for min. 3 years at a multinational             company in Ireland

        In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

·       A self-starter who can work independently with a strong and consistent work ethic
