Gergely is one of the founders of Practify. He has been focusing all his energies on building our methodology and software for 4 years now. Before starting off the company he had been a trainer and organization development consultant himself for 5 years. Gergely is truly passionate for innovation and future researches. He is always working on finding synergies between brain sciences, artificial intelligence development, leadership methodologies and the results of positive psychology to be able to incorporate all of these in the toolkit we offer. Still the biggest challenge he is after is building an organization: "To establish and grow a world class organization from nothing, that can address all the difficulties that it meets throughout its growth, to lead a team which is able to build something cutting edge... I think this is the most exciting adventure of all!"

Anna Magos

As an organizational psychologist, Anna is passionate about empowering organizations and catalyzing change with a results-oriented mindset. Anna feels energized when I work with international clients. At Practify, Anna is responsible for international business development and managing international projects.



András Brindzik
Business Development Director
Andras is Business Development Director for Practify in Hungary and his main role is to connect with potential Partners - let it be a training companies or the L&D division of a multinational companies - and establish business cooperation with them. He constantly looks for potential partners who are willing to improve the effectiveness and impact of their training programs. When he founds them he shows them how Practify can satisfy their needs beyond expectation. Before Practify András had worked at Deverto Systems - a telco system developer company - for 2 years and built local and international business partnerships in the EU, also winning projects over 1 million EUR. His experiences include 4+ years in sales within the field of telecommunication and IT sectors, working at Magyar Telekom and Bravogroup. He has been living together with his Love for more than 14 years and has been doing tai-chi for more than 8 years to keep the right work-life balance.
Kószó Judit
UX designer
Zoltan has a background in writing, consulting, training and popular South East Asian consumer culture.
His task in the Practify team is to help people and organizations in finding ways to apply training follow-up in their own processes and thinking. He also coordinates projects, supports the marketing team, writes tenders and distributes terrible candy.
Judit is a UX designer, responsible for developing user interface experience in Practify. As a Product Designer MSc, she had gained an in-depth knowledge of software ergonomics and usability testing, which she could develop further in several graphic and UX design projects. In the past 10 years, she collected experience in a large variety of fields related to aesthetics (photography, makeup, styling), participated in process development at multinational companies, and also worked as a trainer. Practify UX design fascinates Judit as she can bring all her integrated knowledge and overview of various aspects into visioning the future product, mocking-up ideas, and creating prototypes for usability testing. Besides, she can utilize her creativity and communication skills in a dynamic, competent team.

Implementation Consultant

Attila is the Product Owner of Practify and the developer of the training follow-up method. His main role is to mold Practify into a product which uses the training follow-up methodology, while the training participants experience the learning process in flow and as a part of the game.
As a work and organizational psychologist he researched long term behavioral changing techniques and methods. He learnt the T-group method and worked as a trainer for 2.5 years. In this time he met with the Practify solution and stated to use it in practice. He experienced the effectiveness of the Practify during a 10 month leadership development process.
Now he develops himself in Solution Focus and Gamification methods and implements this spirit into Practify. He co-created the “Gamification in the training follow-up” workshop where the participants learn the Practify methodology while playing a board game.
Attila Bodnár

János Salamon
Country Manager
János is responsible for the coordination of the Hungarian business team, which goal is to provide the Hungarian training market with excellent product and service experience. He builds relationships and supports Practify’s partners who are willing to improve the efficiency of Hungarian competency development significantly. János contributes product and service improvement by delivering market needs and user feedbacks to Practify’s international Product Development team. He builds on his previous experience in knowledge management, learning and competency development, and his research background in motivational systems, constructive competition and supporting conditions of knowledge sharing.

Árpád Bárnai
Implementetion consultant
Árpad joined the Practify team 2 years ago. Previously he gained experience by supporting a wide range of learning processes. He worked in foster home for 5 years creating experiential education-based programs to support young people growing up without family to start their own lives. In the next 5 years he enriched his toolbox as a trainer, facilitator and solution focused coach and this learning process is still ongoing. As a member of the Practify team he is very enthusiastic about exploring new ways to create a supportive learning environment, where learning is easy, playful and self-directed. He supports our clients in this by tailoring their projects to the needs of the individuals and the learning group.

Tamás Ducsai
Software Developer
Tamas joined to the Practify Team one year ago. He is responsible for leading the product development, backend development and supporting the ongoing client projects. Earlier he has worked on the development of several international startup projects.
His favorite tool is Ruby and Ruby on Rails which is a very effective tool for rapid development.
